Hey y’all this is Matt’s (the owners)daughter!So I read a lot of reviews, a lot of 4 and 5s but a couple 1s, so to those of y’all who had a bad experience,I’m sorry that you guys didn’t have a great experience but they try their best!If you plan to leave a bad review please think again and remember what happened and make sure it’s correct before saying discouraging things.If you think again and you still remember a absolute terrible experience, give feedback on what you think absolutely NEEDS to change, and if it’s stuff they can fix right away I’m sure they will! The transmission on my 2017 failed en route to Springfield, Illinois from Indianapolis, Indiana about 5 miles from St. JosepJoseph Automotive & Diesel . Matt, Halen & the team were very helpful, and I feel blessed to have been so close when this breakdown occurred. They helped us get a rental in Champaign , Illinois & chauffeured us there to pick up our vehicle. A remanufactured transmission was ordered and installed within a week of our breakdown. A follow up thank you card for our business was an unexpected surprise. Keep up the high quality , high integrity , high customer service oriented work you are doing.
